Experience carefully curated one day or overnight retreats that embrace slower living practices. Our intention is to offer an experience that promotes digital detox (yes this means no phones), nervous system regulation, movement, empowering learnings and reflections all blended together with fun bonding experiences to promote a sense of calm, clarity and connection for you to take with you into the world.

If the words, overstimulated, overwhelmed, burnt out, exhausted or disconnected resonate, a retreat may be the reboot you need.
Above all, you long for some moments of stillness and time for yourself, where you can immerse yourself in the present and gift yourself a wholesome experience. Prioritise you, challenge your current mindset, retreat and embrace simplicity.
What is
slow living?
Slow living is a lifestyle philosophy that encourages a more mindful, intentional, and balanced approach to daily life. It emphasises quality over quantity, presence over productivity, and connection over consumption. Rooted in the idea of living at a natural pace, slow living prioritises well-being, sustainability, and deep engagement with the world around us.
Laura, the owner of Live Well and creator of the immersion offerings, is passionate about the Mediterranean and its regions commitment to the slower living principals. She herself, can get caught up in doing the doing it all lifestyle, so is a philosophy she holds in high regard and believes strongly in its ability to guide us in our quest for wellbeing and a regulated nervous system.
The key principles of slow living are intentionality, simplicity, mindfulness, connection, and sustainability, which are all a part of making conscious choices that support long term wellbeing.
Contemporary societal expectations and the western way of living has burnout culture on the rise more than ever. If you are overwhelmed by the demands of productivity and achievement, the pressure to constantly perform and give to others, or just crave some well deserved time for yourself, our immersion options are for you.
We prioritise transformational experiences, that allow attendees to disconnect from daily life but to also leave with new learnings, and empowered mindsets and connections.
Our immersions host the theme of slow living, and digital detox at the head of everything.

‘Wholesome Hens’

Planning a relaxed girls weekend away and want to make it special but don’t want to do all the planning?
Or, are you a hen in charge of organising the do and are leaning toward more of a wholesome hens morning vibe?
Laura intertwines slow living practices such as movement, relaxed music vibes, and delicious, healthy food into her planning.
A perfect way to start the day off with your ladies!
What’s included?
An early morning guided meditation and ocean swim to stimulate the senses.
A 1 hour private yoga or mat pilates session at your property of choice with a qualified instructor
A healthy catered breakfast brunch, plus a treat to support your gut health!
Optional:
Hot/Cold therapy at a local wellness space
In-home massage therapist for your main gal (or all of you)
A creative experience – think artsy, something to take home or indulge in!

‘Solace Escape’
the full retreat experience

Immerse yourself in an overnight stay, 2 day retreat where slow living, digital detox, and wholesome, nutritious food take priority. Whether you seek solitude, respite, or a moment of introspection, but have never been to fond of the idea of a Vipasana (a silent retreat), our Solace retreat option meets you in the middle to unwind and recharge whilst also connecting with others.
Refuge from the bustle of every day life and leave with a calmer nervous system having nurtured the senses, and tools to implement into the rest of your life.
