8.30am - 4.00pm

  • All levels, slow flow to start the day, move, stretch and set your intentions.

  • Time to eat, connect, and get set for the day.

  • A 60 minute holistic workshop led by Laura.

  • A functional pilates session guided by Daisy, designed to move your full body, leaving you feeling long and strong.

  • Refuel after your pilates session with a Mediterranean inspired lunch spread with wholesome, whole foods.

  • Time to relax, unwind, enjoy the gorgeous facilities. Spa, walk, lie on the grass, read a book, rest.

  • A full body scan to leave feeling deeply rested and restored, with a little treat to leave with.

Laura is a women’s wellness advocate. After navigating her own health journey, she went on to become an Occupational Therapist, certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. She has years of experience guiding others and can’t wait to welcome you on this full-day retreat.
